Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following the given script and ensuring the stated SOP is followed.
- Communicating the offers, services to customers.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Following up with the customers.
- Manage the customer complaints and escalate it to Business Manager.
