Job Description
- Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members for Travel plans
- Answer member questions, as well as question members to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Document all calls with regards to member inquires accurately.
- Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
- Follow-up with members within a 24-hour period in regard to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let members know that their inquiry is still be researched.
- Knowledge of Travel related products
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Manage length of calls.
- Recognizing and managing assertive member calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
