Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Weekly off: SUNDAY FIXED OFF

1) COMPENSATION & SHIFTS:
Ø CTC offered 1.80 Lacs to 2.00 Lacs
Ø Fixed Shift: 10 AM-7 PM
CARE Specialist
DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
As CARE Specialist for Vistaprint India, you will be responsible for our customer service function, taking inbound calls to assist customers for Service/Sales related inquiries and complaints.
You are also required to make outbound calls to update customers with relevant information on a timely basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ø Taking inbound calls & provide support to customers through established methods /procedures, standards and guidelines as per global DSS standards
Ø Proactively keep up to date on new procedures and domain updates
Ø Identifies the need to escalate specific issues and follow through as required.
Ø Presents detailed information and responds to management, internal clients, and Customers as required.
Ø Handle email and chat to respond to customer queries/complaints
Ø Work on special projects and takes additional responsibilities as assigned.
2) EDUCATION:
Ø Graduate and Undergraduates can APPLY
3) EXPERIENCE:
Ø Proven ability to communicate through oral & written forms
Ø Strong problem-solving skills
Ø Ability to work well with others at varying organizational levels
Ø Fluent in English, Hindi and 1 other language
Ø Computer literate, Windows Operating Systems and internet applications
Ø Adaptable and collaborative working style that is comfortable within a high energy, action-oriented culture
Ø Delivery focused with strong problem solving and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks
Ø Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.
