Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to make correct decisions spontaneously
Handling queries/complaints of customers through phone
Strong customer focus (Ability to show empathy & prioritize customer needs)
6 days working in a week
Exp: 0.6 to 1 Year

Shift Time - 8.30 PM - 4.30 AM (Night Shit)
We are located in Valasaravakkam (Preferable for Near by candidates)
