Job Description
- We
are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as
Call Centre Representatives.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for retaining customers, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.
- Our Call Centre Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ retention issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

- Answer calls of suspended customers
- Handle customer inquiries
- Probe and find out reason for not recharging
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Class XII pass
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Should possess Aadhar card/ PAN card/ Voter ID
