Job Description
1. Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Client's products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
2. Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating benefits of products and services to customers.
3. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers.
4. All other duties as assigned.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
6. Accurately process and record all transactions using the available resources.
7. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
