Customer Care Executive
Job Description
· Managing customer services inquiries and support via calls, email and chat.
· Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication .
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Good communication skills –both written and oral.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Proven customer support experience .
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Excellent phone, email and chat etiquettes.
