Designation: Customer Support Executive (Voice), Day Shift.
No of Positions : 100
Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / Graduates in any Stream (Arrears also can apply).
Skills : Good Communication Skills in English with Hindi / Telugu / Kannada/ Malayalam / Tamil.
Experience : Fresher’s
Shifts: 9 30am – 6 30pm or 10am – 7pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Benefits : Salary Up to 15k in hand.
Performance based incentives on monthly basis.
PF and all other statutory benefits from day 1.
15 days paid leave (eligible only after 1yr of service)

Job Description: Inbound / Outbound Customer Support.

The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) should attend the incoming or make outgoing calls to the client’s customers or prospects to provide any clarification or information pertaining to the client’s products or services.
The CSEs would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided
