- Handle incoming requests from the customers to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate respect, passion & result oriented behavior to gain customer confidence and acceptance.
- Should be proficient with computers.
- Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities
