Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Candidate must have 0 to 1 year of experience in Customer Support Process.
Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree can also apply.
Responsible for dealing with Domestic.
Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
You will work proactively with customers to assist them in being successful with our projects.
Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved.
Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
