Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and help in sales process.
You will be the primary interface between the company and customers.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Call customers over phone (outbound) and take details regarding their relocation
- Follow up with customers
- Knowing our products/service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Confirm customer bookings
- Update every detail in the IT Systems
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
