Job Description
Selected Candidate's jobe role would be:
- Ensure customer success by understanding their requirements and configuring workXmate CRM
- Create and conduct customized customer training and demos for successful adoption of our CRM
- Work with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
- Skills: MS-Excel, English Proficiency (Spoken), Accounting and Tally/Busy (preferred)
- Other Requirements: Should have a Smartphone and a Laptop.
- Preference to those with a Bike.
