Responsibilities and Duties
- You will be responsible for inbound customer support.
- This involves answering customer calls, replying to emails sent by customers, replying to comments/messages on social media channels and handling customer chat platforms.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English
- Basic Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Paint
- Ability to Learn and Adapt Quickly
