- Designation : Process Associate / CCE / Sr. CCE / TSE
- Process: US based process for Healthcare / Telecom / Travel / B2B /B2C
- contact businesses or private individuals by phone
- deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- describe products and services
- respond to questions
- identify and overcome objections
- take the customer through the sales process
- obtain customer information
- obtain possible customer leads
- maintain customer/potential customer databases
- follow up on initial contacts
- complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

- Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation

- Salary : 1.5 to 3.6 LPA(negotiable)+ commissions + attendance bonus, Yearly bonus,referral bonus + Saturdays off ( 2 & 4) + Meals and cabs ( 1 sided )
