Job Description
- Designation: Customer Care Executive [Process Associate]
- Process: US based process for 'Healthcare' and Telecom'.
- No of position: 20 candidates
- contact businesses or private individuals by phone
- deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- describe products and services
- respond to questions
- identify and overcome objections
- take the customer through the sales process
- obtain customer information
- obtain possible customer leads
- maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- follow up on initial contacts
- complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

- Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation/ equivalent graduation or More.(No regular collage, candidate should be completed final year exams can apply).
- Age limit: Above minimum 18 years.
- Experience : 0 to 2 years With Excellent communication skills,
- Salary : (15-25k)Based on experienced +Commissions + attendance bonus+Yearly bonus+referral bonus and others.
- Shift timing : Night shift timings 5:30pm to 2:30am (one sided drop- cab) Sunday off & [2nd and 4th Monday off]
