Job Description
- Your role and responsibilities
will primarily involve resolving client issues via phone calls, emails,
and chats, and gathering client information.
- You will be responsible for attending inbound and outbound calls, serve as the first contact for clients, addressing issues via telephone, email and other communication channels.
- Provide clients prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful service effectively.
- Customer service professional and any outbound calling professional with experience of supporting international customers through phone / chat / email .
- Experience in dealing with clients or client support roles
are welcome too, provided candidates have very good spoken English skills.
- Candidates would work in Fixed night shift (US Shift) and would get offs as per
US holidays.
