Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Handle customer’s interactions and assist them for their queries and concerns with fluent Hindi and able
to handle English calls on requirement.
2 Provide excellent customer experience while interacting with customers.
3 Make outbound calls keeping target assigned in mind.
4 Take IB calls.

3. Ability to remain focused and assists customers even in high work-pressure situations.
