Designation: Customer Care Executive

Summary:

• You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. 
• You will assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. 
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calling and other web processes. Involved in Lead generation.
  

Job Description:

• Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues
  
• Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
  
• Coordinate with category team members to for solutions to customer issues
  
• Responsible for resolving customer query related to product, services and billing
  
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and service
  
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  
• Attending to all Inbound calls and enquires on other web processes – email, chat etc
  
• Making Outbound calls for lead generation and responding to customer enquiries.
  

• Minimum qualification required is Graduation
  
• Must be excellent in Written and Verbal communication in English
  
• Must be focused on delivering quality work
  
• Should possess problem solving skills
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  
• Should have documentation skills, active listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing Information and multi-tasking
