Job Description:Selected candidate will work in an exciting start-up environment and will have core responsibilities to:
- Handle outgoing calls to existing customers and leads generated by marketing
- Handle incoming calls of potential customers
- Manage customer care email and messaging platform
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team
- Must have excellent communication skills (English and Hindi) both oral and written
- Must be self-motivated, initiative taker, result oriented, customer focused and willing to learn
- Prior experience as part of customer care/ tele-calling team would be preferable but not necessary
- Prior experience with any health or food related products would be preferable but not necessary
