Customer Care Representative (CCR - Voice) 
  • Location:Gurgaon (Gurugram)
Job Description:
  • Position Title: Customer Care Representative (CCR)
  • Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift window between 2:30PM to 2:30AM India Time)
  • Working Days: 5 Days a week with rotational offs
  • Salary: Minimum Fixed Salary INR 3,20,000 + Exciting Incentives + Annual Company shares of £750 + Dividend on shares

About the role: 
  • It’s a customer services process which requires helping Car insurance customers on phones.  
  • It goes without saying that your phone manner is first rate, and that you have a positive and proactive approach when it comes to dealing with difficult circumstances. 
  • You’ll need to be an all-round communicator.
  •  If you have a call centre background, or have experience of dealing with customers, then that’s even better. 
  • You'll gain knowledge and skills during our training program before taking to the phones to help the customers.
Customer Care Representative (CCR - Back Office)
  • UK based back-office process. 
  • Understanding the queries of UK customers and processing the transactions.
  •  Analyze, prioritize, respond to, and resolve enquiries accurately and in a timely manner according to departmental standards. 
  • Follow-up on pending cases according to departmental standards. 
  • Demonstrate professional work habits in the areas of attendance and punctuality and flexible with shift timings. 
  • Meet personal/customer service team, targets and processing reports.
Role essentials:
  • Should have good communication skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English is must. 
  • Should have interest to work in a 24×7 working environment. 
  • Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM / 90% accuracy. 
  • Should have good knowledge of Word and Excel. 
  • Candidates from insurance background would be preferred with an experience of 6 months to 1 year. 
  • Should be flexible to different shifts and days.
