Customer Care Representative (CCR - Voice)
- Location:Gurgaon (Gurugram)
Job Description:
- Position Title: Customer Care Representative (CCR)
- Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift window between 2:30PM to 2:30AM India Time)
- Working Days: 5 Days a week with rotational offs
- Salary: Minimum Fixed Salary INR 3,20,000 + Exciting Incentives + Annual Company shares of £750 + Dividend on shares

- Education: Minimum 12th pass
- It’s a customer services process which requires helping Car insurance customers on phones.
- It goes without saying that your phone manner is first rate, and that you have a positive and proactive approach when it comes to dealing with difficult circumstances.
- You’ll need to be an all-round communicator.
- If you have a call centre background, or have experience of dealing with customers, then that’s even better.
- You'll gain knowledge and skills during our training program before taking to the phones to help the customers.
- UK based back-office process.
- Understanding the queries of UK customers and processing the transactions.
- Analyze, prioritize, respond to, and resolve enquiries accurately and in a timely manner according to departmental standards.
- Follow-up on pending cases according to departmental standards.
- Demonstrate professional work habits in the areas of attendance and punctuality and flexible with shift timings.
- Meet personal/customer service team, targets and processing reports.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English is must.
- Should have interest to work in a 24×7 working environment.
- Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM / 90% accuracy.
- Should have good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Candidates from insurance background would be preferred with an experience of 6 months to 1 year.
- Should be flexible to different shifts and days.
