Position: Customer Care Executive
Location - Gurgaon
Working Days Mon to Sat
Timings 9.45 AM to 7 PM
Job Description -
- Call Clients over the phone for resolving clients queries, convince the client, fix an appointment and help them to walk-in to the clinic.
- The Process DOESNT Involves Cold Calling.
- Customer Care Executive would be required to reach only interested clients (clients who have sent in an enquiry from contact forms via various sources).
- Ability to Work as a Client's Manager
- Maintaining daily reporting (Excel) and company CRM (Training will be imparted)
- Good Communication skills and convincing skills
- Excellent and Timely Follow-Ups
- Should be able to work in a team
- Good Command Over English.
- Excellent compensation with good working environment.
- Preferably female
- Age group 20 to 38 years
