Job Description
- Process : Paytm customer service - INBOUND
- Position: Executive Operations or Inbound Telecaller or Customer Care Executive
- Location: Noida
- This is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm.
- Must possess above Good/average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill
- Clarity of speech with neutral accent.
- Should have problem solving attitude.
- 6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
- Fixed 9 hours shift.
- No transport (one side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am or no usage of transport allowances)
- No Meals
- Experience:Freshers or Experienced
- Salary:CTC : 12k to 14k
