- Responsible for calling new customers and welcoming them on board.
- Helping the customers with the proper procedure regarding the documents and further
providing the status of the order. - Responsible for the verification of the documents as per the criterion.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the clients
- Will be calling customers for documents verification.
- Must have basic knowledge of excel.
- Enter all information and updates into the appropriate program (Google sheets, Excel).
