Job Summary
- Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information and solve their queries about services
- Mandatory languages: English, Hindi, well-acquainted with any other regional language is a big plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing all the users of the application.
- Handling User Queries.
- Getting Customer/User Feedback over the call.
- Being a liaison between the Ops team & User.
- Making sure all the user requirements are met promptly.
- Retaining Users.
- Creating engagement & excellent rapport with our users.
