Job Description
- The agent will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls from customers/Patient calling from varies cities.
- He/She will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the customer is a case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good to excellent communication in English
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (undergraduates with excellent communication skills will also be considered)
- Basic know-how of using computers
- Experience of 0-2 years in a call centre.
