Job Description
- Maintain and monitor complaint cell as per the SOP. (Logging complaints from clients)
- Attending all clients complaint directly and ensure to get the complaint being attended.
- Taking the feedback from the client at the end of each day for all complaints received.
- Direct monitoring the duties of Housekeeping and security agencies.
- Ensure adherence of check lists of security and attendance, duty roosters, grooming etc)
- Ensure adherence of check lists of Housekeeping and attendance, duty roosters, grooming etc)
- Regular check on functionalities of Fire panels, hydrants and extinguisher.
- Guide the technician on maintenance of all fire related equipments.
- Ensure quarterly fire drills along with the central fire officer for the building.
