Job Description
- Make welcome calls and send welcome mails to the new clients.
- Help clients to enter their data in the Arthos platform
- Record clients information in CRM
- Resolve service requests from clients on phone
- Schedule plan presentation, review and discussion calls with the Financial Planners on daily basis.
- Listen attentively with empathy to the issues faced by clients and provide the best resolution to their satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a fantastic rapport with the clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Crisp and clear communication for best service delivery.
