Shift timings: Day shift for female candidates & Rotational shifts for Male Candidates
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Requirement:

Fluent in Kannada/English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Punjabi/Gujarati/ /Assammese/Oriya/ Bengali/Marwari/Sindhi
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Should manage both inbound and outbound
Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
Should be flexible to work in any shift.
