CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:
- A Customer support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls & outgoing calls, pertaining the clients business.
- The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Minimum eligibility criteria to apply this position:
- Age: 18 to 30 years of age
- Education / Qualifications: 12th / Graduate / PG
- Deals with incoming & outgoing customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service the customer throughout the duration of the call.
- Should be able tspeak English, Kannada
- Good communication skills
- Polite and customer service oriented
- Exhibits patience and empathy tresolve customer queries
- SALARY: For Full time: 10500 CTC
