  • Promoting the Airtel Products/Services
  • Understanding the queries of customers and delivering the satisfied service to meet the Sales as well.
  • Like Sim Cards, Airtel prepaid recharge packs,postpaid DTH services, 4G internet services, Broadband bills online via payments bank.
  • Provide excellent  sales & customer services
  • Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner 
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers 
  • Assist in daily operations 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
