Job Description
- Urgent opening for Customer Care Executive- MALE/FEMALE
- Location – Hyderabad
- Qualification – underGraduate/Graduate or any others
- Freshers or 6 months of Exp
- Communication Skills - English, Hindi, TELEGU (any two languages must)
- Salary – 10,000 To 12,000 per month (According to the expertise)
- Customer handling
- Promoting the Airtel Products/Services
- Understanding the queries of customers and delivering the satisfied service to meet the Sales as well.
- Like Sim Cards, Airtel prepaid recharge packs,postpaid DTH services, 4G internet services, Broadband bills online via payments bank.
- Provide excellent sales & customer services
- Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Assist in daily operations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
