- Handling Inbound / Outbound calls with minimum two languages E / H /T
- Should handle customer calls related to complain , Inquiry, Request .
- Should speak with the customer in pleasureful manner
- Helping and satisfying the customer.
- Able to handle high rated customers and escalating the issue to next level.
