Hiring for International UK- Voice Process for Leading MNC @ Hyderabad
Title : Customer care Associate / Sr.Associate ( UK Voice process )

Role Overview :

Responsible for providing telephone / email /Chat online, support for customer

Role Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing telephone support for customers on operation or maintenance of Issues.
Applies diagnostic to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.

Requirements :

Graduate / Undergrad Fresher can Apply.
0-3 year of International Call Center Voice experience can apply
Should be willing to work in shifts in a UK work environment
Excellent telephone soft skills & thorough telephone functional skills

Preferences :

Excellent communication Skills only
Preferred Female Candidates
