Job Details
- Answer customer queries and handle customer in purchases online.
- Respond to all customers interacting with different communication mode such as Inbound Calls, Outbound calls, email, chat messenger, Skype, Whatsapp,
- Outbound calls to cart abandoned customers for lead conversion in sales.
- To highlight cases of customer complaints in case of non-delivery, delay in delivery and provide resolution.
- Regular follow up with customers to win Corporate/Bulk orders/ export orders
- Prepare dashboard/ Presentations to understand business/process in depth.
- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent
- Requirement - Male Candidates only
