Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Should handle incoming calls, e- mails & live chats and should be able to provide basic information
- Allocate leads from calls/emails/live chats to concerned departments
- Record the leads in the required format and in required software for future assessment
- Collect feedback from customers on customer satisfaction levels
- Have excellent command on spoken English, Hindi and one local language is preferred
- Good communication skills and pleasing approach towards customers.
- Should have excellent listening skills
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
- Flexibility , initiative and being proactive
- Professional and strong work ethic
