Job Description:
l Should be able to handle walk-in customer.
l Attending customers and maintaining a good relationship with customers through calls and client meetings.
l Outbound Marketing activities - Field Work
l Ability to understand needs & interest of the customer and cater to the same.
l To guide & provide the customer with all the required information about loans & schemes.
l Should be able to solve the queries of the customer as well as handling the customer in a cooperative & efficient way.
l Should be able to acquire a new customer through referencing.
l Keeping the existing customer updated with their existing account details.
