Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services and support to our customer and partners.
- Keep records of customer and partners interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to concern person.
- Get feedback of our customer but grievances or special requests.
- Generate leads and make communication for new partners.
- other office assistant work like : mail, print, scan etc
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of computer, internet, email and CRM.
- Job Type:Full-time
- Salary: 7,000.00 – 10,000.00 per month
