- A leading International BPO hiring CCE for International Website Process.
- Designation: Customer Support Executive
- Qualification: UG: 12th / Diploma/ Graduation
- Shift Timing: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm
- Salary: Negotiable (As per industry stander)
- Morning Shift: 6.30 am to 2.30pm
- After noon Shift:12.00 pm to 6 pm
- Candidates should have excellent communication skill in English.
- Candidates should have minimum 6 months experienced in international BPO.
- Smart and energetic candidates are required.
- Fresher candidate with excellent communication skill can apply for this position.
Job Profile:
- Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
- Understand the business needs of the Clients
- Convince them to invest on new Projects with the Company
- Outbound process (Website selling)
- B2B Process
