- To handle Outbound & Inbound Calls.
- Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
- Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
- Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
- Fixed Salary and huge amount of incentives.
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
- Great working atmosphere.
- Working timing 7am 3pm
- Monday to Friday Working
- Sat Sun Fixed Off
