Job Description
Responsibilities-
- Should have excellent English drafting skills and knowledge of MS Office for drafting of letters and official correspondence / reports.
- Managing outbound calls and customer service inquiries.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Give accurate direction and support to team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
- Should have outbound technical support process experience for atleast 6months.
