Job Description
- As a Customer Care Executive, the individual needs to attend INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls made by and to customers from Australia, New Zealand, United States and different countries of Europe (viz. UK, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, etc) and resolve their queries and issues and also do Tele-Sales as per the campaign assigned to him/ her.
- The CCE needs to have decent English Communication skills and have basic computer operating skills.
