Job Description
Efflorescence Technology Pvt Ltd is hiring Outbound/Inbound Technical Support Executives for US Shift (Night Shift).
Desired skills
- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
- Freshers are also Welcome.
- Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
- Immediate joining preferable.
- Fixed Salary on 10th of every month In Salary Account
