Job Description
- Job Profile: Outbound Tech Support
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2
- Shift: US Shift/Night Shift
- Timing: 9 pm to 6 am
JOB DETAILS:
- Freshers can apply
- Communication skill in English must be fluent
- Computer Savy
- Proficient in Software Knowhow
- Excellent command over English and Customer Service Skills
- Candidate should be comfortable with voice process
- Ability to handle customers query and resolve issues ASAP as per standard procedure
- Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
- Active Listener
- Good with Technical and Analytical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Hardware Networking and Software applications will be added advantage
- Outbound Technical support experience can apply
- Candidates should be flexible working in night shifts
