CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (OUTBOUND)
Eligibility
* 10th/12th pass with good communication skills
* Good convincing skills
* Good Oral/ Telephone communication Skills
*Freshers & Experienced both welcome
* Must be capable of handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer queries
* Handling irate/ demanding customers where necessary, in a tactical manner
Job Description
* US Outbound Sales profile
* 6 days working (Sundays Fixed Off)
* Shift Window: 7 PM – 4 AM
* Job location: Kolkata
Salary
* Up to 3 Lacs P.A. + Incentives + Cab + Other Benefits
