Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing calls, emails, queries and generating the report to the client
- Generating sales leads
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits (TAT)
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Fluent in Hindi/Bengali and English
- Generating the report to the client
- Can able to work on excel.

- Good convincing ability
- Should be familiar with working under pressure
