INDUSTRY: - International BPO (Outbound)
EXPERIENCE: - Fresher can apply / BPO experienced are preferred
JOB PURPOSE: - Customer Interaction via phone
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- To answer customer queries and manage customer expectations through interactions via phone.
- To provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
- To maintain high standards of customer relations by maintaining superior Quality standards.
- To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND CRITERIA: -
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must be Customer-Centric.
- Must have an analytical bent of mind.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on afternoon shift
