Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

  • Deliver service and support to customers
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Follow standard processes and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good comprehension, research and analytical skills
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with good grammar
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Effective listening skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and web usage
