Job Description for CRM:
- Generating new prospects
- Helping the customer calling in to get our services - in time
- Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.
- Guiding the franchises/client in availing best schemes from company.
- Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.
- Helping Franchisee in maintaining quality, cost and speed of our services.
- Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.
- Additional responsibilities, tasks and duties may be assigned depending upon business needs.
- Qualification: Under Graduates
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language
- Should be comfortable with calling role.
- Gender: Male
