Openings for Customer Care representatives at Mumbai Location.
Job Criteria:

- Candidates should be excellent in English.
- Have or she should be graduate with equivalent courses.
- Candidates must have experience of BPOs or logistics.
- International BPO experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts.
- Candidates should be good with Advanced Excel.
- Candidates should be with short notice period.
- Solving queries of the clients over the phone as well as over emails.
- Doing technical and analytical work like Advance Excel entries.
- Mostly back end work will be there with 80% Emails & 20% Calling.
- Working with 5:30 P.m. to 3:30 A.m.
- Salary will be 3.5 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs Monthly.
- Every six months appraisals.
- Home pick up and drop service.
- Working with India's third largest logistics with all the company facilities such as company sponsored everyday meal and other things.
