- Preparing Daily DVPRT report
- Attending board lines calls
- Giving car status and also updating when the delivery will be done.
- Forwarding complaint to concern person regarding any issue happen to customer
- Making co-ordination between customer & Service Advisor.
- In absence of Receptionist Handling Reception.
- In absence of PSF CRE handling PSF calls.
- Making calls on Free service data and Modi data pitching about the New service contract.
- Maintaining Delivery Report in FILES.
