Customer Support Executive in Collections Department Outbound/Inbound calling
EMI Collection calling
Coordinating with field executives for cash collection
On the Desk Jobs.
Incentive & Bonus based job Individual role
Responsible for Callings.
Tele-collection for Loan product.
Will be handling soft as well as hard bucket.
Responsible to give reminder calls to customers
Performance based incentive
Manage recovery and collection of outstanding account
Responsible to maintain the customer database
Achieve monthly collection targets.
skills required
Vernacular and Non Vernacular spoken languages
salary 12k to 18k + incentives + commission
Candidate with excellent communication & convincing skill is preferred.
